Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, from your account dashboard. If you cancel within 48 hours of joining and haven't completed a lab visit yet, you get a full refund; after that, cancellations receive a 50% refund of the annual fee. Member benefits end when you cancel.
How do I get member pricing?
Just be signed in when you check out. Every test and panel in the catalog automatically shows member pricing for active members.
How do refunds work?
Cancel within 48 hours of joining, before completing any lab visit, for a full refund. After 48 hours — or once you've completed a visit using your membership — cancellations receive a 50% refund of the annual fee.
