Get your code
Create a free account and opt in from your account page - you get a personal referral code to share.

Share it
Send your code to friends and family by email or text, or hand out your referral card. They enter it at checkout.

Earn credit
Once your referred friend pays for their first self-pay order, laboratory credit is added to your account.
Your friend saves
$10.00 off their first self-pay laboratory visit.
You earn
Laboratory credit toward your own self-pay visits, at each milestone:
- $15.00 in laboratory credit at your first referral
- $45.00 in laboratory credit at 5 referrals
- $125.00 in laboratory credit at 10 referrals
Eligibility & compliance
This program is offered only for cash-pay / self-pay laboratory services. That limit is intentional - it keeps rewards completely separate from insurance-billed care, in line with healthcare marketing and anti-kickback rules.
- Rewards apply only to cash-pay / self-pay laboratory services.
- Visits billed to insurance - private plans, Medicare, Medicaid, or any government healthcare program - do not count and are not eligible for any reward.
- At checkout, patients confirm they aren't enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, or another government program. Beneficiaries can still pay cash, but rewards don't apply to their visit.
- The person you refer must be a new self-pay patient who has not visited us before.
- Rewards are issued as laboratory credit applied to future self-pay visits only. They are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Wellness Labs may modify or discontinue the program at any time.
Reward credit is earned only after the referred patient pays for their self-pay laboratory services.
